As a new student in mri, clarifying that an implant's safety before scanning, what happens if you cannot find the specific implant/stent on the mrisafety.com? Will the manufacturers website be ok to check the safety/compatibility of the product? Or should one track down the hospital that did the implant procedure to obtain this info? Or should I leave this worries for the radiologist until I get clearance.
