FOV Question

Can someone answer me any of these:
1. If all factors remain constant, how would changing the frequency encoding steps from 258 - 322 affect Overall FOV(field of view)?
2. And if frequency(not phase encoding) is bumped up again to 390, will that affect scan time?
On the 2nd question, I would think, it would have no effect.
3. All factors still constant, if I change the FOV from 20-18cm, how will that affect the overall Voxel size?
