T1 relaxation - Easterling - 09-27-2015 04:52 AM

I've never visited this site so I'm not sure I'm in the right place. I'm just beginning to study for the MRI registry and I'm needing help sorting out why short T1 appears bright and long T1 appears dark. I just need a simple way to word it for my notes. I understand the regrowth and decay process of T1 and T2. If I'm not at the correct site can someone please offer some suggestions. I'm in this by myself. Thanks!!!
