Hello All,
Quick question: Using a 1.5T, If the following tissues have the following T1 relaxation times (Tissue A=420ms, Tisssue B=920ms & Tissue C=2020ms. Can someone tell me what TR will tissue B fully recover longitudinally?

The general rule is that you need about 5 X T1 to allow a tissue to recover its full longitudinal magnetization. Thus for tissue B with T1=920 ms you would need a TR of at least 5 x 920 = 4600 ms.
I thought so but wasn't sure. thanks
