As I knew,l the frequency encoding step or the phase encoding steps are manipulated to collect k data along k space in a normal SE / GRR. every TR is a new starting and the starting vector is in zero.

But in FISP, the overall gradient is unbalanced, do the staring point of the k vector is different at each TR???
